Who We Are

Josoor AlQuran Academy is a Certified Quran Academy dedicated to teaching the Holy Qur’an with proper Tajweed, as well as teaching the Arabic language to non-native speakers through Authentic Quran Teaching led by Professional Quran Educators.

As the educational process at the academy evolved, and in response to the growing needs and aspirations of our students, we recognized the importance of offering Islamic sciences alongside Quran and Arabic studies. This led us to expand our academic offerings by developing specialized curricula in Tafsir and Qur’anic sciences, in addition to comprehensive Islamic and Sharia studies, including Aqeedah (Islamic creed), Fiqh, Hadith, Tafsir, Islamic ethics, and Seerah. At that stage, instruction at the academy was primarily focused on adult learners aged 16 and above.
Later on, we realized the importance of caring for younger learners between the ages of five and sixteen. Considering the unique nature of this age group, we redesigned and adapted our curricula to suit their developmental needs. Our programs were restructured in an interactive and engaging manner that encourages participation, maintains students’ attention, and makes learning enjoyable during each lesson.
Throughout our educational journey, we have firmly believed in the integration of Islamic sciences. This belief was reinforced by the clear desire of many of our students to master Quran recitation rules, memorize the Qur’an, and recite it correctly, while also achieving fluency in Arabic, speaking, reading, listening, writing, and spelling, as if it were their native language. Arabic, after all, is the language of the Qur’an, the language in which Allah’s words were revealed, and the language of Islam and Sharia.

In addition, we recognized our students’ need to understand the foundations of Islamic belief and the essential Sharia sciences that every Muslim should be knowledgeable about, enabling them to practice their worship and daily interactions correctly and in accordance with Islamic teachings. For this reason, we have carefully developed our programs to ensure true integration across all Islamic disciplines within a structured Islamic Studies Curriculum.

From this perspective, our vision for education and teaching continued to grow. Our curricula became more effective and better aligned with the goal of connecting and integrating Islamic sciences, while our teaching methods evolved to deliver knowledge in a simple, accessible, and engaging way. Our programs are designed to suit different age groups, nationalities, academic levels, and individual learning goals, supported by Expert Arabic Tutors and qualified instructors.
